A second-year student at Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy and Imu's little sister. As a child, she accidentally injured Imu with her hidden power, known as the Root of Calamity, and although Imu soon recovered, Murasaki has been afraid of hurting anyone else ever since. Today, she spends her days locked in her room, playing computer games, "talking" with her stuffed bear, Bebeby, and obsessively refreshing her browsers as she awaits each new chapter of her favorite online novel. While she's usually awkward at talking to people, she is unusually good at reading them, owing to her seemingly supernatural sense of smell.
